Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
